Hello bootleg lovers, let’s continue the review to the
articulation. You can see the first part of this review in HG 1/144 Infinite
Justice Gao Gao Review Part 1. I’ve made a video for this part so we can know
clearly how the articulation on this kit. Yes, this is an old kit, so the
articulation is not that good. So let’s start.
Head
Like other Seed Destiny series, the head can only go up and
down, and rotate on the ball joint on the neck joint. Yes, it cannot go forward
and back.
Torso
The torso has no stomach joint, only rotates on the waist. It
can rotate all the way around. It’s normal for a Seed Destiny kits.
Arms
There is nothing on each side of the torso that connects with
the arm. It’s just a peg so it can only rotate 360 degree. No up and down, no
forward and back. A tips from me, we can still move the shoulder up by move it
not too narrow to the torso, give a little gap so it can move up.
The arm can go up that far only.
It rotates above the elbow. It’s pretty good actually,
unlike Destiny’s that tends to pop off. The elbow bend on one point. That’s normal for an old HG.
The hand can rotate and wiggle.
Skirt
Front skirts can move together, we cannot separate it, because
the shape is only pegs connected together, not ball joints. The side skirt
moves a little up because the top part will hit the stomach. And it also
rotates.
Legs
The legs only has ball joints to connect to the waist. It
can go forward and back pretty much. Unlike Destiny, the backskirt placed on a
little bit further back so it doesn’t hinder the legs to move backward.
Yeah, the knee bends pretty nice on two points. Not all the
way but still pretty nice compared to Destiny that so hindered.
The foot guard can move up and down. And the foot has normal
ankle joint so it can go up and further down on the upper joint, and left and
right and rotate on the ball joint. But the problem is if we want to move the
foot inside too much, the foot guard will pop off.
Backpack
The backpack has good articulation. The wing can move up
like on the picture.
The bird head thing can move on double joints.
And the cannon on the side can move up and down.
So overall articulation is normal on this kit just like any
other Seed series kits. So yeah, this kit has a degradation on the arms joint
but the legs have improvement if we compare to Destiny. the joints are stiff
which is good. So that’s it about the articulation. And you know what, the
review will not be finished on this part. I will give my final verdict and
