HG 1/144 Blaze Zaku Phantom (Gao Gao / TT Hongli) Review Part 3

This is the last part of the review of HG 1/144 Blaze Zaku Phantom from Gao Gao. After we know the details of each part we can conclude whether this kit is good or not.

Mold
The mold are good enough. There is no excess plastic on this kit.

Color
The color representation is very good. But darker colors are relatively difficult to work with.

Detail
Some details are not intact and panel lines are wider than the original.

Snapfit
Some parts have tight snapfit but that’s only minor.

Sticker
The sticker is bad. I applied the eye sticker with the help of glue.

Face mask
The eye looks surprised because of the helmet mold.

Stiffness
Everything is solid and stiff except the hoses on the legs.

Finish
The finish is doff which is suitable for a Zaku

Articulation
The details of the articulation has been discussed on the part 2, so overall articulation is normal.

Playability
It has a lot of weapons and gimmicks. We can use any weapon freely. The backpack also very playable.

So this is the score I give for each aspect.

This kit is suitable for Zaku lovers and anyone who are into mono-eyed kits. It has a very nice backpack and a lot of weapons. It has some problems of course but they’re only minor.
